Welcome to Unhired, a product of nadcode. By accessing or using our AI-powered CV optimization platform at unhired.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Unhired provides AI-powered tools to help job seekers optimize their job applications, including:

• CV/Resume parsing and analysis
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility scoring
• AI-powered CV tailoring for specific job descriptions
• Cover letter generation
• Keyword optimization suggestions

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our Service.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by nadcode and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the CV data and content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership over your personal CV content.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Billing

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

6.2 Free Credits

New users receive free credits upon registration. These credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

6.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our Service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your options.

7. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
• Your account will revert to the free plan

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and generate CV content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use. We do not guarantee that AI-optimized CVs will result in job interviews or employment.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NADCODE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nadcode, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nadcode is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
